Has anyone seen any changes so far? I have notice that the crime rate in the Bay Area has risen more and more black americans are using this to their advantage. For example there are more crimes committed by the black community and more racist crimes committed. Plus now everyone is being sensitive on what is being said about the black community. Anyone on this site has comments and would be great to shed some light.
