Did you guys hear the news about California. If you guys expecting money back from the state they will send you a check for an I owe U. Is that rediculous or what? When you owe the state money and can't pay you will have to make monthly payments with crazy interest rates. I wonder if they don't pay we can make them pay interests as well Rolling Eyes

This scene sounds like the movie Dumb and Dumber when they spent all that money and then hand over the suitcase with a bunch of I owe U papers and they stated "It's the same as cash" Razz
